The Raptors are a weird team, only 3 playoff appearances I think and it's hard to tell if they'll be in the mix even though yes the East sucks but even with Lowry and Derozan they still may not win their division again this season. |

That's not how the NBA works mega. |

This happened a few years ago with the Celtics and Hawks.
While the Celtics won the division with the 5th best record in the east, they were declared the 4th seed and the Hawks, with a better record, were the 5th seed. |

I just don't get Wist's wording, these are predictions right? The Raptors haven't automatically won their division yet it's only July so why would he have to switch them if it's his thoughts for next season? |

You forgot the knickks m8 and the nets will be abit higher... Maybe 5-6? Unless they stay healthy and build chemistry like they shouldve early on. Then they can possibly be the 3rd seed
