V3rmillion is really easy to take down. Just tell Roblox to use all of their internet connections (Which is probably hundreds of gigabytes per second) to DDOS their crappy site. Which I highly believe won't happen.
Another way is to contact CloudFlare and tell them their are breaking CloudFlare terms and conditions.
A whois report (https://who.is/whois/www.v3rmillion.net) shows that the hoster is ENOM, INC and their abuse email is whois.enom.com . Roblox can easily send them a DCMA claim - but for some reason they haven't... They probably want v3rmillion so they can see how they hacking.
They are also using WhoisGuard for illegal purposes, we know their registrar is ENOM.com (the place where the website points to) but they are hiding their details from us to see who is the person and where do they live. But ENOM will most likely tell me.
We can easily penetrate their website with vulnerabilities too because they didn't hardcoded their website but used the myBB CMS. According to their Security Vulnerabilities, recently there has been a vulnerability with XSS Cross Site Scripting, we can exploit to deface their website and SQL injection where we can gain admin access to their SQL database.
Their website doesn't use any encrypted SSL connection (due to cost and they getting refused), therefore we can view the source code in HTML :P

Aren't they selling ROBLOX exploits on v3rm for usd? If I'm correct, they can get into legal trouble for that. The same thing happened to a member of GoG (if anyone remembers that) and if I recall correctly, Shedletsky was preparing to sue. |

Yes it is illegal which is why I contacted their registrar and CloudFlare.
The Civil penalties could include fines upward of $250,000 for Copyright violations. This does not include judgement for damages incurred by the Roblox and the game manufacturer which has the potential to be rather steap. Again, read your EULA.
The exploits they use also contains RATs, under the Computer Misuse Act it is an offence to hack into somebody else’s computer or send them a form of virus that allows them to obtain information from somebody else’s computer.

Almost every release on V3rmillion is RAT/Bug free. It's just those who take a copy of releases and attach their own little bug to it - which is most commonly found on YouTube.

Well, I'll find at-least one phishing or malware sample. I found some exploit samples on their site (not roblox ones, windows ones).
Enom haven't responded to me yet, but CloudFlare has :) I will send them some file samples, screenshots and more of my findings. Hopefully we can stop these idiots, without CloudFlare's DDOS protection - they'll be easily DDOS'ed...

I found a lot of programs which contain crypted viruses and a RAT tool with lots of threads asking about exploits. This is should be enough CloudFlare to stop them. I have a lot of file samples and screenshots with virus total reports. We'll see what their reply is :) |

it was used to leak Apocalypse Rising Shenanigans Mod, which was supposed to be a well, very interesting game. Hackers had leaked it before he even finished implementing the core AR systems (vehicles and such, basically the systems found in AR).
Yup. The game was pre-alpha.
We didn't even know what it was going to be, and then hackers leaked it. So the game was ditched, and it's gone. ):

Well, I think they got the law comin' to them anyways.
"The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (the “CFAA”) prohibits a person from “knowingly caus[ing] the transmission of a program, information code, or command, and as a result of such conduct, intentionally causes damages without authorization to a protected computer” (see 18 U.S.C. § 1030(a)(5)(A)). While broadly worded, DDoS can be classified as transmission of a “program, information code, or command”. Damage is defined as “any impairment to the integrity or availability of data, a program, a system, or information” under 18 U.S.C. § 1030(e)(8)."
