exploiters use this program cant remember its name but basically the put an img in there and it sort of transfers it from the program to in-game. |

Exploiters just use many frames, and create them with colors.
You could do this with any PNG to RGB converter.

basically they make it transparent where the inappropriate image is
for example, they cut out the shape of whatever it is and it seems all white when they submit the character
but when they change the character's body color, you can see the cut out image |

What? Roblox doens't have limited Colors? RGB allows for 255^3 combinations of colors.
You just have a large table, and loop through it.
