I found a solution that worked for me and I hope I can be as helpful to you. I havent been able to play roblox for 4 months but I was finally able to play today. Okay this solution is for all the problems I stated above I hope. 1. Search up AppData on your computer. For windows 8 users or for all, type in %AppData%. 2. If it leads you to AppData > Roaming. Press AppData in the bar with the arrows. Then press Local. 3. After that search for Roblox in AppData > Local. 4. Delete everything in that folder and the folder itself. 5. Go to recycle bin and permantly delete all of the files 6. After that restart your computer. (Might not need to but do it just in case.) 7. Reinstall Roblox. (I originally installed Roblox on Google, but for precautions I installed on Firefox.) 8. Enjoy the game. Hope this worked for any of you. Good day :P

Hmm. Um Did you open all the Local files? It shouldn't be LocalLow or anything like that. When you open Local. It should have apps like Adobe and Google. Go down to the R section and you should see Roblox.

@betterhit I've done it before and it worked Instead type in %appdata% wii percent signs Then click roaming. Next click the triangle at the top where it says roaming Then click local, and delete roblox Click the same thing and hit local low Delete roblox again Delete all roblox shortcuts on desktop Reinstall roblox Hope this helped
