I can't go in-game.

I am in need of assistance/help. Every time I attempt to join a game, it says this: "An unexpected error occurred and ROBLOX needs to quit. Sorry!". Every time. I tried re-installing, restarting, etc. But I can't seem to fix it. Please leave your suggestions in the comments.

Step 1: Uninstall ROBLOX, and ROBLOX Studio. Step 2: Defragment your hard drive. Step 3: Repeat Step 2 until your hard drive is mostly or entirely defragmented. Step 4: Download AVG PC TuneUp Step 5: Use the registry cleaner function of it Step 6: Do any other cleaning/tune up jobs you can, one full run is free Step 7: Download the latest updates for your computer, for everything. Drivers, and all that fun stuff. Step 8: Install 'em Step 9: Restart Step 10: Reinstall ROBLOX and ROBLOX Studio.

Forgot to put in that I use Firefox.
