Having an issue, need thoughts.

I just upgraded my plan last week Saturday on Verizon to a brand new Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I have installed the ROBLOX app, but after logging in and trying to play a game, I get nothing but a black screen that remains. I have left the phone for a few min, and still, nothing. I have tried re-installing as well. Any thoughts?

Same thing here. I was able to run the beta version smoothly. Now I'm only able to play for 15 seconds before the game crashes.
