ROBLOX doesn't run well on Nooks, since they are originally made for reading...

The new NOOK HD+ comes with a modified version of Android 4.0.3 They are made to run heavy apps as swiftly as possible with a 1 GB RAM.The new NOOKS aren't just made for reading, the old ones were.

Thats why the game crashes. You only have 1 GB RAM, and most of the Android operating system is taking 50% of the memory, so that might not be enough RAM to run ROBLOX.

PlainDevils, do you even know what you're talking about? The operating system doesn't take up 50% of the memory. Source: My phone uses 550MB out of 1.77GB RAM.

Oops. Let me fix my source: Source: My phone uses 550MB out of 1.77GB RAM when it isn't doing anything. Apps use a few hundred megabytes, but that's it.

I didn't wanna be mean, but wow English you are freaking dumb. That's because you use 1.77GB RAM silly, see 550MB is MORE than half of 1GB RAM, idiot. Think before you type!!!

TL;DR WARNING Before you read this, there is a TL;DR at the bottom. If you want to kill time, read the whole thing. If you want the main point, scroll down. === So much for not wanting to be mean. Especially with calling me an idiot and all. I mean, nothing I said provoked such a level of rudeness. Now since that's out of the way, let me further explain the reason behind my comment and what you probably missed. Do you think that the RAM idly used on my phone is the same amount as the rest? Of course not! It's up to the company whether they want to optimize the OS to take up less memory or not. Let's take my device, a Galaxy S4, and OP's device, a Nook HD+. Because I don't own a Nook HD+, I don't know what's the usable RAM amount so we'll take facts off various sources. The Galaxy S4 is made by Samsung. The Nook HD+ is made by Amazon. Assuming the companies don't like to get sued, the way they do things will be different. The way they modify the device to their liking is also different. Whether they want it pretty or not (which takes up more RAM if pretty) completely depends on the company. Amazon clearly doesn't go for the same style as Samsung, and that's okay. Nothing's wrong with that. Samsung's style is very bubbly. It is very different to the stock Android OS. Amazon's style is not so bubbly. It's just clean. I did say that the prettier it looks, the more memory it takes. Here's your claim: "You only have 1 GB RAM, and most of the Android operating system is taking 50% of the memory, so that might not be enough RAM to run ROBLOX." Do you happen to own a Nook HD+? If you do, you sure have never stated so. Samsung's style is bubbly. Amazon's is not. On idle, my phone takes, as stated before, 550MB RAM. This would be roughly 25% used on idle. Amazon's devices clearly take up much less memory due to its clean style and not its detailed. It's VERY safe to assume that it does not take up 25%. If you do not close your apps properly, the RAM can be 50% used like you said. However, you were extremely general and implied that every single Android device has its operating system take up half the memory. I will check my phone right now: ~750MB RAM being used out of 1.77GB. That's okay, but let's try running ROBLOX. What to play, what to play... How about Wipeout Obby? That has 10,000 parts. Oh, look at that. It's at 1.04GB. That is roughly 256MB ram being used by ROBLOX. What was OP's RAM again? A whopping gigabyte? How much RAM was being used idly on my phone again? Roughly a third of its total usable memory? Was Amazon's NOOK HD+ device as detailed as the S4? No? Okay. Then the Nook HD+ must be using less RAM on idle. Let's still assume that the RAM being used is at 30%. That would be maybe 250MB RAM on idle out of, say, 750MB. If ROBLOX was running, it would use 250MB RAM on top of another 250MB, so that's 500MB being used. That's two thirds being used. There's still another third to be used for other apps. That is the purpose of smartphones-- to multitask. Although the tablet isn't a smartphone, the OS can be used for a smartphone. There is leftover RAM to multitask. Amazon would never do such a cruel thing as to leave the user with little RAM for just running one app at a time. It's worse than having no internet for life! Okay, not really, but you get the point. TL;DR: OP's device would still have around a third of RAM to use, and let's not forget that the iOS and Android systems are made to multitask. The Nook HD+ is no exception. It will still have RAM left over even when running ROBLOX. Please, actually know what you are talking about before arguing. Also this took a little more than 30 minutes to type. It's okay since I'm bored anyways.

Do you have any app open that time? If then, close it. You still be experience with graphic glitch though, what it does is make a game lagging so much then device freeze, so you need to restart the device. I cannot even run my game successfully. What problem is, Android is taking 25% of memory, another app take it too. Make it that ROBLOX Mobile cannot give more than your ram limit, making ram storage full and freeze the device. The app crashing problem is probably from ROBLOX trying to ask GPU/CPU/RAM to do thing then failed or just fail to launch the game. ------------------------------ My tablet spec. Also English, Nook HD+ 32GB 9 Inch screen is made by Barnes & Noble. Not Amazon, I guess you confused it with Kindle Fire. Chicken Nugger, stare at you from the page.

The fact that you are using a NOOK, which ROBLOX was specifically made for Android and iOS. You are using version 4.0.3, which the current version of Android is Version 4.4 (KitKat), so I believe if possible, try and update your version. If you have any knowledge in Android, like me, try using an SDK Manager and download the 4.4 Packages, then transfer it onto your NOOK, I turned my Windows 8 into an Android using SDK Manager. As I said before, if you have any knowledge, try fixing up the code, there's many Android products that allows you to change the code and edit it.

you can't turn a windows 8 device into an android device, windows 8 is coded to work alongside an intel architecture whilst android is made for ARMv6+.

Not the S4. S5 removed a lot of the features from the S4, such as negative colors and the S5 keeps shutting down randomly on my mom, even with cleared RAM and full battery, and S5 has less support for apps. I will try waiting for the S6.
