Backpack, and tools.. Not loading?

I can't use tools in any game nor can I open my backpack, I don't know what it is but yes I have tried reboot, and re-installation of roblox, Even nuking roblox from my hard drive, nothing works. Backpack is a CoreGUI initiated by ROBLOX, meaning it is simply a bug that you MAY have created on your own. If you have messed with any of these CoreGUIs then please post the code where you have. Otherwise, I can only safely presume it's just an issue with ROBLOX. You also posted the wrong link twice.

Oh. Wasn't wrong, just forgot the C. You probably just disabled the CoreGUI, and are there tools in the starterpack or anywhere else whereby obtainable?

No my backpack odesnt load at all, NO scripts or anything, in all games and in studio.
