PRESENTATION TO THE U. S HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
In the United States, democracy gives to some extent responsibility and power, of which most people can handle with maturity and finesse. Sadly, other people misuse that power for all the wrong reasons. In real life, this is for example the CIA wiretapping our own citizens, or Nixon in the Watergate scandal. At the same time we need to finally realize people cannot be trusted with the amount of power our system gives them without things going wrong. Therefor, I present to the House of Representitives, and later the United States Senate, the idea for a Bureau of Internal Affairs. This Bureau would have full authority from the Courts, Congress, Directors, and Presidents, to root out corruption on a Nation-Wide scale. As in fashion of the Department of State, this would be named the Department of Internal Affairs and the head of it would be the Secretery, of Internal Affairs. It would have ranks as usual along the lines of Director and Deputy Director. It would, however, have a limited amount of ranks in as the group feature as funds are not extremely abundant in the U.S for group creation. This would improve the United States by giving EVERYONE, be it a Cop or a Federal Intelligence Agency Agent, accountability for their actions. It would provide Citizens a route through which to bring justice to those who abuse the power they are given to administer it. It would allow a legal way to get a corrupt agent fired, as currently that is quite hard, or even illegal. We the people would benefit from this Agency, which has the sole purpose of rooting out corruption.

Introduction: Citizens of the United States have been reporting United States Military personnel abusing their weapons at our cities, I have proposed this bill so that a certain rank and above in the United States Military will recieve their current weapons, and a military jeep at US cities.
Bill: This bill will make a rank and above of getting weapons at US cities will take time, criminals, terrorists, and abusive military personnel will have to gain the rank back. Terrorists, although may be removed from the military.
Rank and Above: The rank and above that shall receive weapons at United States cities is the rank of E7+. If citizens would want to report abusive military personnel at any US cities, they must report to a alt account 'MilitaryAbuseReport' with video proof, their name, and rank. Then, whichever person that has acces to the alt account (Probably the Secretary of Defense), will review the reports and remove the abusive military to BMT-E1.
Punishment of Abuse: Anyone found abusing their weapons at United States cities will be demoted to BMT-E1 or depending on the matter, exiled from the United States Military, or place in the rank of [Military Prison], terrorists, that somehow make it to the rank of E7+ that abuse their abilities will also be removed and placed in [Military Prison] OR, demoted to BMT-E1 since they can't get weapons at that rank.
Conclusion: This bill will keep half of the military from gaining possession of weapons and abusing them, mostly the lower ranks of the USM are corrupted, criminals, and are terrorists. Hopefully, this bill will change military abuse.

═══►[USA] Federal Protective Service
My idea is for a agency known to be known as the Federal Protective Service. It is as agency that operates under the Department of Homeland Security and acts somewhat as both a law enforcement agency, training division, & building security force. It's Mission: As the police force of the Secretary of Homeland Security, FPS is responsible for policing, securing and ensuring a safe environment in which federal agencies can conduct their business. FPS does this by investigating threats posed against over 9,000 federal facilities nationwide. FPS's work focuses directly on the interior security of the nation and the reduction of crimes and potential threats to federal facilities throughout the nation.
I believe we could use an agency that helps in training other law enforcement as well as building employees such as the Bank of America in combat and security. As the FPS it helps train these members, act as another police force if necessary, guard buildings such as the Congressional building, and all federal buildings such as the Bank of America or places in Las Vegas and NYC. My opinion is it would help in protecting more of the bank from robberies, protect DHS personnel, patrol streets, and secure our cities even more.
Also additionally it conducts investigations for the DHS which there currently exists nothing like that for which SS doesn't even truly investigate as they should. On top of that it helps in aiding EMS, protecting events, and all around things needed. I think we all could use some more protection and with your permission I would like to make this official.
I will make the group and if official be sure to hand it off so no need for funds to create it in anyway, just an approval from congress. Thank you.

[Introduction]:
The Central Security Service (CSS) is an Agency of the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and to integrate with the United States National Security Agency (NSA). CSS is created for the fields of signals intelligence and information assurance at tactical level.
[Article I]:
The CSS will provide more jobs to the citizens and help them to understand the security of the nation better and it will give them a chance to protect their nation and work for it and its people.
We will increase the security of the nation and make the role of national security easier for national security agencies and provide a more organised and stable relation between the Armed Forces and the National Security Agency.
Our agency also benefits the USA because they provide intelligence and information to the government, NSA and military on a tactical level. They provide timely and accurate information and fields of signals intelligence.
[Article II]:
The role of the CSS is to provide accurate and assured information on a tactical level to the Armed Forces and promote the relations between the military and national security. We also carry out covert operations (in nations that we may be at war with or have conflict with) to extract vital information and be able to use it to protect the US. We stabilise the US by making sure that the military are equipped with accurate information and are using it to predict the next attack and to prepare their soldiers to defend the people of the US.
To protect the nation, the CSS strives to transfer timely and accurate information between the NSA and DoD to assure the security and safety of the US citizens. We work to protect the citizens from national threats and threats that may be military-related. The CSS will prevent national threat and involve the military, if need be, in order to organise counter-attacks and contact the congress on whether extreme measures should be taken (i.e. war).
We aim to prevent threats and prepare the military for any potential conflicts, so that they can be prepared to fight for our nation and so that they have accurate information so that international problems are not created accidentally. We not only aim to protect the people, but we also aim to strengthen the relations between the DoD and NSA. We will ensure that they are relaying timely and accurate information which will aid the military, such as covert missions that a nation may be planning on the US.
[Article III]:
The CSS should become an official agency to contribute to the organisation of counter-terrorism and security of the nation. With the CSS, the United States government will be able to organise intelligence collection more efficiently and orderly and be able to plan their attacks better with careful consideration and with the intelligence that the CSS has extracted from the target. This would benefit the government as they could prepare for attacks and protect the people of the states and plan organised and well carried out attacks by using the intel gathered. Also, the CSS would improve the communication between Armed Forces and the National Security Agency by working between them and working alongside both the NSA and DoD.
The communication between Armed Forces and the National Security Agency will operate more smoothly as the CSS will promote partnership between DoD and NSA because intel and information will be more accessible to either agency and that information will be used to protect the USA and assure its security. The relations between the NSA and DoD will be more secure and strong with the introduction of the CSS and that will improve both the infrastructure of the NSA and DoD because they are working together and providing an exponentially improved service for the United States of America.
The USA will be less susceptible to attack if the CSS is introduced because when the intelligence agencies gather information regarding a planned or suspected attack, the CSS will be able to co-ordinate the military to prepare their soldiers for the attack and then they will be able to protect the citizens alongside the law enforcement and the USA will become a more secure and safe place because of the organisation of the relation between national security and armed forces.
[Article IV]:
The role of the CSS in cities is to protect the citizens from major crimes which would cause harm to the citizens or which would be classed as a threat to national security. The operatives will be trained to protect citizens from any crisis that may occur and which protocols should be follow. With the CSS, terrorist attacks will be reduced and the impact it has will be less than it would be without the CSS working to help disarm the situation.
We provide intelligence to the government and intelligence agencies (NSA, NRO, DIA, etc.) and work closely with them to reduce the risk of national threat, to prevent it and prepare the citizens. The CSS respond to terrorist attacks or any conflicts that concern national security.
We would gather information for the military during war or conflicts in order to prepare for attacks or any raids that may occur at our cities. The CSS would co-ordinate where undercover work will be done and what intel will be needed during war time, for example the CSS would send operatives to get information on any planned attacks or raids, so that the military could prepare and fend off the threat.
