Rules: -The maximum roster size is 12 players EXCLUDING the captain of the team. -Games will be played with what is called Regulation Time, which is two 8-minute halves with a 4-minute intermission/warm-up period in between the halves, this small time is called Half-time. During this time, all players MUST stay on their own side of the pitch, and can only cross the other side if given permission. -If, after Regulation Time, the score is tied then the captains of the two teams can either agree upon choosing to end the game in a draw or proceeding into Extra Time. Extra Time will be two 5-minute halves with a 2-minute intermission/warm-up period in between the halves. Any amount of goals can be scored in Extra Time, there is no limit. Ex: 0-0 at end of RT, 6-9 at end of ET. -If, after Extra Time, the score is STILL tied (must have been a good game, hope I'm there watching :D), then the game MUST proceed to penalty kicks. All players MUST stand OUTSIDE the 18' box UNLESS the ref called them up to shoot. During this time there will be NO trash talk from the other team. In a real life game, the other team doesn't scream out miss or you suck, you are to remain quiet. You may get booked for this; as for team chat, we leave this up to your captain. If he doesn't mind the team cheering your teammate on, then go for it. Just keep it WITHIN team chat. The referees ruling is final, if he says it went in then it did. -All games will succomb to mid rule, which is where the ball resets back at the center after a goal is scored. Let the ref do his job on this, the ref will move it himself. Touching it without permission can/may result in a booking. -Games will be played at the home team's stadium, if none available then the away team stadium will be used. Stadiums are still in the making. -For a regular season game to be counted into the league table a staff member and/or at least 3 "fans" from different teams within the league who can verify the score and penalties once the game is finished must be present by HALF-TIME. If neither are present by halftime, then the captains can decide to either wait for a staff member and/or more "fans" to come OR the captains can choose to finish the 2nd half some other day and time. ALL playoff games must have a staff member present in order to START. -Both teams must have a minimum of 4 players present at a game; 3 players and a gk. If both teams agree to play with a larger amount than they can do so; ex. 3v3 with gks, 4v4 with gks, 5v5 with gks, 6v6 with gks, 7v7 with gks, 8v8 with gks. No more than 8v8 with gks. If it is only 3v3 with gks, the game will be played with Box rule; all shots that have gone in must be INSIDE the box in order to be called a goal. Ref decides if it was inside the 18'. -If a defender tackles the ball carrier and misses the ball and trips the player, then there will be a direct freekick on the spot of the foul; which means that the player taking the freekick can score directly off the freekick. The staff and the "fans" rule if he/she touched the ball first. ONLY A STAFF MEMBER CAN GIVE A YELLOW/RED CARD DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE TRIPPING. Saying that the staff made a negative and bias call can result in a booking as well, his/her ruling is final. -If the ball goes out of bounds, then there will be a "throw-in" on the spot where the ball went out. On the spot will be an indirect freekick which means the player taking "throw-in" cannot directly score off the "throw-in" unless touched by another teammate. -Games that are played with 4v4 or less will NOT have offsides; although if the forward is caught offsides by a huge margin he will be called. If games are played as 5v5 or more then there will be offsides. Offsides is called by the ref, he/she decides how strict that he/she wants to be.
