Hello, I've been hired to create a tank for someone. I know how to script almost all of it - except rotation. With tanks, the top should be able to rotate independently of the wheels while at the same time it should move when the wheels move. How can this be accomplished? Using a hinge? Welds? What?

@BothAngles: You're not supposed to ask for help in that forum, are you? @tough: I'm not scamming. I told him I could do it, but I may have to ask for help on the forums so not to expect it to be done incredibly soon. He was very understanding of this.
