I found a solution.Log in..duh.Then Go to "Manage my Places"That will show u your places when u see ur place u will se something that says Äctive" if it says "Not active"then click on it and it will be active

yeah this happens. go to develop, and then find the place u wanna make active. (if your NBC you have to make a place inactive then you can make it active.) (if your BC, you get to have 10 active places.) (if your TBC, you get to have 35 active places.) (if your OBC, you get to have 100 active places.)
