OP wants to demote someone in his group. Just demote them in the group menu..

He doesn't, all he did was make it notify him when someone gets a certain amount of points. You can't send requests to the ROBLOX website.

Couldn't you just have your HttpService script send a request to your website and then have your website send a request to Roblox? Honestly I don't understand why they created that restriction to begin with.

Because they don't want so many requests on roblox so their servers don't get flooded.
