I'VE BEEN ASKING FOR HELP FOR 4 MONTHS NOW AND YOU IDIOTS AT ROBLOX HQ don't GIVE A POOP ABOUT ME!! I CHECKED MY PC,CONNECTION, REINSTALLED ROBLOX, CHECKED AND FIXED FIREWALL SETTING AND I STILL RANDOMLY CRASH/LOSE CONNECTION FOR NO REASON!!! THIS IS RIDICULUS!! FIX THIS NOW ROBLOX! BTW NO ONE COME TELL ME TO GET A NEW PC THATS JUST STUPID MY PC IS FINE AND NOT EVEN THAT OLD. |

Email ROBLOX, Give them up to 72 Hours to reply. They give suggestions. Also try the Help Tab, Go to More then Help then search it up. |

Check if your graphics card is expired.
Probably the issue.

My pc is less than 2 years old, it has windows 7, no I don't use Walmart wifi and Graphics cards don't expire. Also I emailed roblox I'm pretty sure said that in my first post. They gave me troubleshooting tips and none of them worked. Yes I did them right. |

My graphics card is also not old. My pc is a low-end gaming pc, so it should perform fine and graphics cards don't expire. |

My graphics card expired. I know plentiful about computers, and your argument is irrelevant to the subject.
Under no circumstances, EVER will you be more intelligent then someone that you asked for help. Windows 7 only has a i2 proccessor, that is probably why. Try rebooting your system.

Well,check the RAM of your computer.
If it isn't the RAM,check the Memory/Graphic Card. |

Tell you what make EVERYONE'S life a little better why don't you Google your model and post a link to the spec sheet in here?
