I cannot Cframe build with the ROBLOX Studio anymore

You know how ROBLOX made the update where you can use their move tool to move bricks into one another like Cframing them, I cannot move them like that any more. Instead of the bricks going through each other, it ends up on the other side like how Old ROBLOX studio. Can anyone help?

Collision Check > Off

For me, I can use the Move tool to move things through others and it works fine. Reinstall. Also, Collision check does not change. Collision Check changes a part's CanCollide property.
