Does anyone know how to insert a "PrismPart"?

I'm pretty sure you can't use those anymore. I tried putting one in Studio with the command line: Instance.new("PrismPart", game.Workspace) and for the output I got: Unable to create an Instance of type "PrismPart" However, with CSG, you can make your own, although there are some limitations when it comes to resizing.

That's what I did as well. It's a shame a wiki staff member won't take 10 seconds and delete the page though.
