I'm very excited about this deal. 6- year 115 million dollar deal In his first 3 years with 20+ tds puts Andy Dalton in a group in which the other 2 names.. Marino and Manning. Marino never won the ring and manning did after 6 years Dalton has a bright future ahead of him. He has the weapons and the tools to be a successful Player.

Dalton is the definition of average, and is really bad in the playoffs. His teams should of been able to go the AFC champ games and beyond with the talent they had

ehh he never had coordinators that were really worth a crap, also i would say its also a team performance in the playoffs overall that is bad. the 2nd game vs houston AJ was no where to be found also. hes coming off his best statistical season last year (3rd year), as he ranked third in the NFL in touchdown passes and seventh in passing yards despite throwing 20 interceptions.

He needs to prove himself in the playoffs for me to think he's got this contract though. I mean this contract wont look bad in 4 years, I just dont see Dalton as the IT guy

it's not exactly a six year 125 million deal it's 2 years confirmed for 25 million and then options for the next four years
