I got a Visa gift card for my birthday for $25. I then used it to buy Robux. It said I bought the money, I even checked my card. So I figured, who knows it might be taking that 24 hour waiting period like it warns us, although usually it does it instantly.. I waited 2 days.. Did not get the Robux. I then messaged Builderman, emailed the staff.. No one replied. Great to know the Roblox staff is helping out and looking out for it's members? If you're a mod, help me out. I have been emailing Roblox quite a bit.. This happened maybe 2 months ago and I'm still trying to either get a refund or for my purchase to actually go through.

Sorry buddy! Nothing I could do. But, I can tell you this. Continue e-mailing the ROBLOX team, they are the only ones who could solve this problem. Also, private messaging moderators on ROBLOX is a waste of time, they only respond to e-mails and twitter these days.

You could try going to the LEGO event where ROBLOX Staff will be, perhaps talking them in person will make them help you.
