hi my main account got perm banned because apparently i used a credit card without permission but i used a family members credit card I ASKED THE OWNER IF I COULD USE IT AND THEY ACCEPTED i used the credit card but i forgot there was a auto renew for builders club and money got charged. now my account is banned but it was a accident. can any mod help me here?

Call ROBLOX, at least a alternative way to get past stupid unresponed emails.. Their number is 1-888-858-BLOX, if your not 18+ you can ask your parents to call ROBLOX for you.

...Remember to call them in business hours. Their office are in the Pacific Time Zone area, so if you call in the morning and you live in the Eastern Time Zone area, then BOOM, you forwarded to voicemail (leaving a message).
