I just redeemed my 25$ roblox card and can't submit order

So I just bought a $25 robux card and redeemed it and I can't even press the submit order button... I tried re-entering the code but it just says that it's already redeemed. I just got back from a little break from roblox and I can see that the website has updated so I don't know what to do. ._. What do I do? I hope to resolve this issue soon because my BC expires in 2 days and I want to get 2750 robux.

I will explain, so first thing somebody has been doing 'Free Robux by stealing Roblox Card's PIN', which means to add in a large piece of code to the command bar included with the browser, and they wait until they get a valid PIN, but somebody apparently stole the card before you even got your card, so uh... Ask for a refund...
