I know there are personal servers but the owner of the private servers invites the people he/she only wants in the server or do it just like the account settings. Example: There are hackers on Murder Mystery and people hate them and they don't want hackers. Then the person creates a private server. Number of People in Servers: It should be the same amount as the exact game. Famous People: They might probably go to a game like with their best friends. But they get crowded and says "OMG IT'S PLACEREBUILDER IN R2D" Now Idk if the famous people will do this or not.

@iiMagma it doesn't really matter when it was created, it is how to show other players if they like the idea or not. Nub also its not a race.

It has it flaws, in game such as Apocalypse Rising you could make a private server and allow no one in it, without players you'd fine a ton of the "Good" stuff and when they joined a real server they would be decked out.
