The HR's have concluded that the rank of Colonel is not suiting for me right now after my recent wave of activity. I have agreed with the High Ranks and have accepted the rank of Major. I may see how Major flows for me and how my activity suits this role. It is however very doubtful that I will ever be a HR again as it is not something I specifically want to happen.
Now I have been HR for a long time now, close to 3 years. I first got the rank of Colonel back in November 2011. Since then I have served under a total of 7 Commanders (EliteJynx, LordRobobuy, ToniToni, DrDrRoblox, Sandiamond, Jamalmarley and 02deathpure)(8 if you really want to count Moneybags...). It is therefore quite difficult for me to leave the rank behind. I was meant to resign from the rank of Colonel some time ago but I was caught up in something, no mention of what. I wrote that I would soon resign from the rank of Colonel in the forum page I wrote for my resignation from General.
I will stay in TRA a while longer as Major to see if I can do better as this rank. If not then it is probable that I will leave. I thank you all for the support I gained a HR. (and the hate, everyone needs criticism)

It is a pleasure to have had you in TRA for all these years, Shane, and its a shame to hear of your resignation.
