Limited Transfer System

I have a NBC alt who has a Limited from his place visits. I can't transfer it onto my main account, though. We need a Limited Transfer System to fix that. Support?

This is basically like the trade system except its nbc compatible and you don't have to give anything in return?

Good idea in theory, but is essentially an NBC version of the trade system.
