darn that sucks i can't believe we aren't friends anymore. It's just that this post was pretty much a head on to the Red Sox this season, they win the WS after winning 90+ games and now they sit in the basement of the AL East and have only won what something likes 60 or less games? It's the 3rd week of August, they won't have a shot at the playoffs.

The Jays have been ice cold since the middle of June, their season is pretty much done for now and I know it... I think personally it's better to know your team is out of the post season early then rather have your team go into the playoffs on a cold streak and lose early because playoff losses hurt more then a bad fall of throughout the last few months of the regular season. Toronto had a promising start in late April and into May, hopefully next season with their roster fully healthy again and a strong core in the first 5-6 batters they can make some noise next season, true fans know we've got something to look forward to next season, especially with young pitching but the bandwagon has pretty much emptied out since they fell about 5 games back of Baltimore.
