I have only recently joined, but it appears the main issue lies within your High Ranks. Many are immature and cannot hold a simple training. Jaloz, for example. I have no idea how he became a High Rank. Although, I do recommend the promotion of Anim3Fr34k! He does a lot for EL! |

Right now EL hardly comes to trainings due to 3/5ths of them being at the clan battle games. Yes this looks bad towards us seeming bad I realize that but I can't do much about it.

thats all clans who are participating
also; during a raid some EL OiTs were telling people to switch to visitor to keep it from going official, as they were "orders" |

I joined EL yesterday, and became a Trooper today and have noticed several things wrong with the HRs. Like gege said, I have no idea how that HR got HR by how immature he is. Another thing was that some HRs were using admin when they weren't hosting the training. I honestly don't like the fort much, and would perfer the old fort and I think that would make people more likely to patrol more. |

Participating in clan battles is not a problem, since the members who particiate in it with EL are enjoying it. Once the clan battle is over, you should expect a rise in activity. |

It's been a while since I've seen a full training being held, instead events such as FFAs or tournaments are held separately. |

HR reform, ok? Immature HRs and inactive HRs that should be demoted. The active and the mature HRs should be promoted. Oh, and fix the freaking HR Division, please. |

It is pretty hard to get promoted, but I guess that is what keeps members working for High Rank. I've gotten about 12 ZAP after atending 5 trainings, and I still need 28 more for my promotion from Trooper. That seems like a lot of work to get to the second rank of Low Rank. |
