One decade ago, the nations of Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan merged their military forces together after allying with one another to create something that could be a potential threat to the United States, which at the same time finally made peace with, along with an official alliance, the European superpower known as Russia. Months after the three nations' coalition, several long-range missiles were launched from Afghanistan and detonating on the coast of Florida. With America, and the rest of the world, shocked and angered by such actions, an immediate response invasion was ordered towards all three enemies at once. Now it is 2016, with a gruesome war between the three middle eastern countries and the world superpowers.
As the war went on, in 2014 an American-Russian Task Force called Nova was created for handling extremely daring, difficult missions. With the help of Nova, the war started being pushed toward victory for both countries. However, on March 14, 2016, Russian Spetznas began opening fire on the task force during a mission for being accused of going against military wishes and bombing several cities around the world. More than 1/2 of Nova were killed in action while the remnants went into hiding from both sides of the war.
Now, as a part of the once greatly honored team of the best soldiers to be found from the U.S. and Russia, you are finding a way to prove the task force's credibility by any means necessary and to take down any high value individuals who caused it all to be erased so you can no longer be on the world's most wanted list and continue assisting in the war.

He parents often abused her so she also wanted to prove them that they had something to be proud of. |

"Nikki...Nikki wake up!" Elijah whispered to her looking around. They were in the outskirts of Tehran, Iran at a helicopter crash site. He shook Nikki while holding a pistol in his hand in case they receive heat from enemies. |

Nikki woke to a fuzzy bright light and some mumbling in her head. "What, what!" She said waving at the air. The she thought a moment and realized what was going on. "Oh flip..." She grumbled. |

Elijah helped her up and glanced around. "Crap, the rest of the squad is dead. Freakin Russians used a missile launcher on us." He said. He got out a machine gun and wrapped an ammo belt around him. "We're too exposed out here. See any good places to hide till we find any more of the team?" |

Nikki looked around. There weren't really any good hiding places other than the abandoned city. Wait... "What about over there?" She point at the ruins. "It would be the most perfect place to hide. But the only problem is... what about the great gap of land with no covering. We'd be like sitting ducks." She grumbled. "Any other ideas?" She looked at Elijah. |

Elijah kept scoping the area until he sees some people holding guns nearby...they looked like mercenaries. Then Elijah and Nikki were exposed and began being fired upon. "Crap, run for it! We'll lose them in the forest over there!" He said before running off, shoving Nikki ahead of him as he ran. |

Nikki dashed off, surprisingly faster than Elijah. She looked almost to skinny to run that fast but she ran. Running as fast as she could, she rolled just before hitting the forest, pulling out her pistol as she did, and shot at the men. She laughed, as if enjoying it. "Take this suckers!!" She yelled at none of them in particular. "Elijah!! Run faster!!" She yelled at him. She shot three of them and dashed into the trees. She was out of ammo. "Crap..." She grumbled. |

Elijah sprinted back up to Nikki, and soon they lose the rest of them. "Alright I think we lost them." He said before stopping to catch his breath. He looked around the forest, seeing nothing but trees and a lake in a clearing. "We can't accomplish anything by staying in sight. We'll have to find a hiding place from around here." He said reloading his guns. |

Nikki see's the water fall that leads to the lake. "I have an idea." She said as an idea popped into her head. Probably silly but you might as well check it out right? "You know how in stories, there is always a cave behind the waterfall? Maybe we'll get lucky." She laughed. She appeared to be not tired at all from their little run. "If you want, I'll sprint ahead and check it out. Or we can say my idea is totally bogus and skip it if you want." She shrugged. "Up to you boss." |

Elijah shrugged. "Either way we gotta find some place to hide. Might as well see if there's one behind the falls." He said before climbing up some rocks and getting out a sniper rifle. "Go check it out while I cover you from up here. If I shoot this, you know why." He said to her as he got into position. |

"Yes sir!" She chuckled and ran off. She was gone in a split second. She ran as far as she needed to, no breaks, and stopped at the edge of the falls. She slid along the slippery side of the mountain. Her right foot slipped and she yelped, quickly trying to regain her balance. |

"Watch your step soldier, we don't wanna draw any attention." Elijah said in his radio to her. He kept the scope aimed on Nikki and her surroundings, making sure no one was sneaking up on her. |
