This idea came to me while playing TMM xD
So, basically, when you click the person's name, three options appear: Send FR, Mute Player, and Report Player.
Mute would remove the person who you muted's chat from the wall and the bubble. The mutes would carry over into each game you play with the person you muted. So if you muted say, Bob, in TMM, and both of you went to Paintball! Bob would still be muted.
After you mute the person, the option would change to "Unmute Player" and have a little marker next to the name (such as the friend face and the BC icons) to indicate who you muted.
