Hello there, I'm Sickthunderkiller, a colonel of the First Encounter Assault Recon. Lately, our alliances haven't been very strong in my opinion. I feel we need to do something that will keep our allies from turning on us, and have them feel like we are there to help them as well. So, I have decided to take action and do something to enforce such things. This forum will show any changes that will take place within FEAR and our allies. Lets begin.
⊂|| Joint Training's ]
- From here on out, we are to have at least one joint training with every ally by the end of each month. This is to make sure we train and learn from our allies, and in return they learn from us. It is to keep relations with all their members okay, and a way for their ranks to know we maintain a strong alliance with them. HCOM and Officers are to host these joint training's, and if you are a high rank or an officer and see we haven't had a joint training with a certain ally within the month, I ask you try to complete such things.
⊂|| Joint Raids ]
- By the end of each month, a joint raid is to be hosted by one of our HCOM members. They are to pick randomly pick an ally, or even two to assist with this rally. They are to then work together to achieve success on the battlefield. This will help us learn to work well and communicate with our allies. It will also be great practice!
⊂|| Wars ]
- Our allies may go to war at any given time. If so, this will change our routine for that ally, or those allies. If they are at war, a joint training for the month with them isn't expected. Any allies being at war may request a joint raid, and we are to rally with them by the end of the month and help them accomplish victory.
⊂|| Defenses ]
- When an ally is being mass raided, any online high rank that notices it may shout for an [AID]. We already do this, but not all the time. If an ally requests help before hand to prepare, they may contact me or any HCOM member.
⊂|| Diplomatic Meetings ]
- These meetings are to be hosted every month by me or another HCOM member. Any diplomat representing a certain ally in FEAR is expected to come. At least one person representing everyone of our allies are expected to come. If a diplomat can not arrive, I ask any high rank of that ally comes. These meetings will be dedicated to our allies speaking out their opinions. They are to address any issues they, their HCOM, or their whole clan has with our alliance. They may request anything, etc. I will go over joint training's with them and more. Our allies may request an immediate diplomatic meeting at any time for any huge issues or problems.
⊂|| Allies hosting their own events]
- An ally may organize a rally, or joint raid. If they do, it will still be marked off as us having at least one joint training with them for the month. Allies may host joint training's and joint rallies at any time. It is asked they coordinate it with a HCOM member before hand and they set something up.
⊂|| Communications ]
- I will try to create something that will keep our allies in touch with our HCOM at all times. I plan on creating a Skype group, and putting any assigned diplomats into that chat, so whenever an ally needs to speak with one of our HCOM members they will get a chance too. This may be changed and I may do something else, this part isn't all planned out yet. But as of now, a Skype chat will work.
⊂|| Enemies ]
- If two of the First Encounter Assault Recon's allies go to war with each, FEAR will not choose sides. We will remain OUT of the war, and are to not participate within the war at all. This is to make sure our allies don't feel we betray them in any war like that.
From this day out, this is to be enforced throughout FEAR. This forum is to be made clear and is to be shown to each of our allies external affairs or diplomatic departments, making sure they know of these changes. I ask they become aware with it and try to meet the expectations of the diplomatic meetings of sending at least one diplomat representing them. All in all, I do hope:
VS, BWE, RSF, UCR, TRA, and any future allies will enjoy these changes and and coordinate with them. I will go into further talk with their head of external affairs.

John, this isn't something new. This is to enforce relations. Do we have at least one training with EVERY ally EVERY month? Do we do a huge joint raid with multiple allies by the end of the month EVERY month? Do we do diplomatic meetings EVERY month? Is there a skype group with EVERY diplomat? This is to enforce everything within FEAR. |

Everything you said is what groups have done since day 1. The fact that FEAR isn't doing this makes me cringe.
