HMAX, its by proxy I have tested this with a guy who does this kind of shady stuff.
As far as it comes to getting a IP by other means.
The point of this thread is aimed at Skype and Skype only.
Steam is not involved with and so is any other program.
This thread is aimed to get at least 80% of the whole community who threatens with their puny 10 dollar paid booter to ddos you by grabbing your IP through skype. |

@Darkheart,
Most people use Skype for voice calls/video calls due to its superior quality if you compare it to XFire.
XFire doesn't even have a video function nor does it contain a screen share option I think..

Yes but this requires you to have the person added on XFire and its a big hassle to just get it.
