i am posting this to enlighten people on many different things
The reason americans are fat is really themselves, but not their fault. In america its very cheap to be unhealthy, and, unlike other countries, the foods we eat all the time are unhealthy, the reason which is that there is more selection and more fatty foods to eat in America. Also their is biology, which makes us eat all the food we can, because in early early times food was not always there, so neaderthals and primiteve humans would eat all they could. Unfotunely, that has not changed. |
