Many Victorian Industrial Towns were reinstated, Swindon, a major south-western train manufacturing town has been retrofitted with more train facilities, but are raided by Bandits and other gangs, so the Remnants of the BAF Have formed an organization called B.N.D.C (British National Defense Council), Tasked with guarding such facilities.
