Exile all inactive memebers. (You won't like this)
Then PM recruit people that you'll think won't be inactive.
No shame in doing that.
I've done it once, and it helped. Then I lost the group and now it's dead. ;( |

My clan gone inactive aswell, we rised back. The reason to get your group back on run is to demote inactive HR's. and replace them with the active people who can contribute to the group. And host trainings daily.

@Crushed I also don't have enough HRs anymore. Most of them are inactive which lead to them being demoted or resigning. I don't have many dedicated HRs anymore.
I don't know what to do because I can't just recruit people off from C&G and auto-promo them. Last time I did that like Caspian9 and stuartmilne they were inactive so...I'm done. |

@Lord I would easily do that but here's the problem. I don't know how well they'll host a training. The Lieutenants are in this training program called NCO which they lead a training and a General oversees. Some of them can't host a good training that's why there are NCOs. Plus they're inactive anyways. |

@Crushed, probably school CE had the same issue when we were at war with SR {before school during summer we were getting 25 to raids, when school started we got like 10 to events or a bit more/less.} Now we're back at getting 15+ got 21 the other day at a training and we're fine now.
Here's a tip the more recruits= the more activity. Regardless of most of those recruits being active, the more people you got, the more activity. Example; FEAR may have TONS of inactive members but they get 30 to events within a minute because of their numbers.
FEAR can get 30+ at ANY time since we have tons of members and more and more join. That's why smaller clans that only filter the active ones generally don't work in MY opinion. |

I see, Well my trainers aren't that good in training. But as long them combine fun and strict on the training. It would attract many people on Privates to join the training.

try to find a decent time and dont do too many events on school days or school hours ofc. |

I think holding events everyday will get members to events.
Inactivity is also something with the time. Since school is starting up people will be busy with that, and have less time for roblox. |
