I am building a large truck, and because of the weight of the truck, the hinges on the wheels are kind of bending and it sags in the middle. This makes it impossible to steer because of the tilted wheels. How would I make a "Stronger", or more rigid hinge that won't bend?

Did you try increasing the Torque? You may also want to try adding invisible wheels to support the weight, or try using hollow parts instead of huge bricks.

The hinge works better when the parts are large. A bigger wheel or larger area on the point where the hinge meets the chassis. And like scott said if bigger wheels don't fit your design make them invisible and have fake wheels where they belong.

Yes, it already has large wheels. Let me experiment a bit.

Hmm.. Ok, I tried making the parts where the wheel meets the chassis larger, that didn't really help. This is also effecting my steering. It is making it so that the truck cant turn. When I press A or D, the truck just goes forwards and backwards.

Then increase your Torque. It helps with heavy vehicles and large wheels. It may not stop the hinges from bending though.

Actually, I think I fixed the problem. I was building a big dump truck with the cab off to the side, and I guess the game didn't like that, because when I decided to center the seat up with the wheels, the problem fixed. Is it known that having the seat off-center messes with how the vehicle functions?

VehicleSeats rotate the wheels to spin the car around the position of the seat. If it is to the right or left of the hinges, it won't turn well at all. I have used a transparent VehicleSeat in the center of the car with a customizable seat made by NVI that will offset your character. You just need to make the seat wide enough so the player touches it when in the fake seat position.
