Want a suggestion? demote all the damn HR's that are in-active. They benefit the group in no way what so ever. Promote new ones, and stop the darn favoritism. People are getting promotions too easily, and the Majors? they disgust me. They are so close to becoming HR's and yet they fool around like they are in a playground. And the HR's, don't do anything because, apparently, they like having clowns in their training's. Now I don't know about the fort, but Arvore II was pretty cool. Though, the spawns should be put in a better place in my opinion. I felt like we all had the war to get to the gate, not the terminal. If I remember correctly, there was also a gun glitch that removed everyone's arms.

THE, it is STILL like that? I remember a year ago when I left right before I got my HR it was like that. If it still is, then it's obvious that Fruitbox doesn't care. And if the leader doesn't care, there isn't hope. |

NightWing, yes it still is like that unfortunately. But I don't understand why the HR's, Admirals+ don't do something about it. They have the power to do it, but I'm not sure if they are just too lazy to do it or if it is favoritism on their part as well. |

1. Remove Brigadier rank (No use to it) - demote everyone in that rank except trophywinner24 to Corporal.
2. Demote all the Colonels to Corporal - except mawspee, marsh, and Arlong. Some Colonel's flame at their own group.
3. Hold more competetions.
4. Remove HR Academy and make a better HR system.
5. Appoint Jkoscar02 Head Diplomat.
6. Make a better base - maybe bring back Arvore II and remaster it?
7. Strictly enforce discipline and grammar into trainings.
8. Arrange more raids, trainings, and activities.
9. Use WIJ's promotion system.
10. Strcitly enforce discipline into the group.
11. Give Valkeri the position of Commander/Leader.

New Uniforms that you don't waste tixs on (Like LR, MR, HR, HICOM)
New way to promote MRs like HRA Training or Tasks
Demote all Inactive HRs
Demote all Majors
