I wish that we had Water and a Navy but look at TRA place and then ours has tons of water and no land to defend on, so we have to earn points from patrols to earn our way to do good against defending. Only problem is we don't practice with our weapons so how will we know what our specialty is? Plus we hardly do any practice raids, Why DO YOU THINK WE LOSE!? |

The Aequor Islands should be an atoll (a small island surrounded by a coral reef). This will make it easier to defend, and the raiders should spawn on a small island a short distance away from the atoll |

The main reason we don't practise with our guns a lot is because they're pretty damn awful. We've acknowledged that, and are working on a new base (with new gun models and gun scripts might I add). BAUER's doing the scripting, so they'll be flawless.
Once they've been released, that's when there will be more worth in training with our own guns. |

HR's need to be dealt with? no, they need to literally be dealt with. Not talked to, not pleaded to, not interrogated. Demoted. Because if you talk to them, they'll active, but after a short while, once the tension stops, it'll be the same. Get some new damn HR's and stop making excuses for the current ones. |

And Seany, you didn't even acknowledge the Majors, the HR's are playing favorites, the Majors can basically do, and behave, any way they want. |

Another reason to demote your HRs. Favoritism, as stated previously by Joker. A new base and a couple of new weapons will not be as efficient as getting rid of the HRs that corrupt this clan. Make this HR issue a priority, then move from there. |

I have 3. I'm not in RSF, but its pretty obvious that what I say comes with reason.
1. HRA. Fix it. Now. You're not an HR just because you can record videos and take selfies everywhere. This is not instagram for HRs, this is a war group. Make it practical, hands on, serious. Skill is not seen in a video of your best moment, is it seen at your average. In comparison to the old HRA, where we would sit through long hours of Rose talking about Social Theory, that was better.
2. Majors and HRs. I agree with a lot of people. Quit beating around the bush and demote them already. I don't feel like checking, but I am sure that RSF has more than 30 HRs, over 15 being inactive or rarely hosting. There is no begging or pleading. If someone doesn't show up to work, even with reason, why keep them?
3. The theme. RSF is horri-bad as a navy. Whoever ratified that decision needs to be spanked. Hard. revert back to a military and keep it like that. The ranks, logo, and theme are not fitting with eachother.

I mean, Valkeri should hold on to the group seeing as how he can react to things like war faster than fruit probably can. Not saying fruit should leave the group, just that a group's officer core activity is a reflection of it's leader's.
Also, you should cut down on the amount of uniforms, having too many now with the price floors at 100 is.. bad. |

See that? Fruitbox kept the Majors waiting on their applications and now SOMEBODY ELSE has to do his job. What have we become? If he won't appeal to us then KICK HIM. HE'S NOT HELPING US WHATSOEVER. Our greatest HRs have quit RSF becuase of what it has become. Is this not enough to convince you?!
Even outside of this thread many people know how hard it is to keep a group running with an inactive leader. |
