【Head Colors】
Low ranks and middle ranks Head Colors must be Black, High Rankings must have there head color Dark Black.
【Promotions/Demotions】
Promotions are most likely to happen at a training. In Phoniexatopia, there is no asking for promotions. If you ask for a promotion, you will be demoted. All requests are to be sent to the account "PhoniexatopiaRequest".
