You are looking at the stattrak version, he asked for a minimal wear AWP Boom, and he didn't mention stattrak.

it really just matters how rare it is, grade also plays a part but doesn't always dictate the value of a skin (i have a few mil-specs that are worth more than a couple of my restricteds)
m4a4 modern hunter (restricted) ft goes for like $1200 iirc
whereas ak47 vulcan (covert, highest grade besides contraband which is only for one skin, m4a4 howl) mw goes for roughly $80
