Fair ones ones with a good community ones with good tech ones that arent really medieval that they are like "TP,P1,TEN HUT" etc.

None. Clans aren't worth the effort anymore. Every clan is at least one of the following: -Dead -Corrupt -Immature -Greedy -Power hungry -Egotistic -Don't know what they are doing -Wimps

An active sci-fi war clan (futuristic sci-fi...) with decent tech and fair, respectable leaders. Hard to come by these days.
