Do clans still work like "if I don't like you, you'll never be a high rank"?

Maybe I think differently than a lot of people. I work for Walmart, and at Walmart we get a chance to work up without the fear of being persecuted by people for no reason whatsoever. I mean, they can do it, but they'll end up losing their job. I wish a lot of the clan leaders nowadays would maintain a personal relationship with people in their clan. A "I may be different than you, but to me we're equal" type of attitude. Clan life would be more interesting and able to be pursued by people who aren't usually given a chance. Why not give everyone a chance? Your friends don't have to be your only high ranks.

@masterBlock; Relationships with leaders and members will never happen. "You're too poor." "You're too insignificant."

I guess you just have to find the right leader.

you're too poor may not be said but it's surely thought if you are rich then you can get hr so easily cause the hrs will get some favoritism involved

I wouldn't promote someone I dislike due to trust issues and can lead to some internal problems. However, if I can trust them but don't like them that's a different story.
