gurl i've been eating kinder eggs since i was a small child
even if i was 6 or 7 i knew that you were freaking stupid if you thought that it would be good idea to eat the toy
the family that ate them who died and were the reason it got blocked off in the usa likely had some issues
because no sane person would EAT the freaking toy

most things are banned because some kids are just idiots
it's like in elementary or whatevs when a kid does a thing and then you have to stay inside just because of the kid

You'd be surprised how many kids would choke and die from them.
When I was a kid, I choked on a life saver and coughed up blood.
You really don't know what kids are going to do, and it's the safest bet. It's not like you still can't buy them like really. |

Kid's lung is sensitive so they can't handle smoking
Same with alcohol, their body is too young to tolerate them.

i ate them with little to no supervision because the people around me grew up eating them without problems
like son have you even had a kinder egg man
it's just so hard to put the freaking capsule in your mouth
any level headed child should be able to eat the chocolate without problems and play with the toy after constructing it or otherwise
