Same thing here. I watched around 8 different anime series this summer up until my birthday in August and I haven't watched any since. Ending to Code Geass was too sad for me, y'know.

"yes I am going to watch CG once I finish DN" Be prepared for a world of emotions. CG hit me as hard as the book, 'The Kill Order'. I have yet to see any anime or books besides those to put me into literal tears for upwards of an hour, with constant emotional backlash since. CG is hard to predict, and start getting very emotion at around episode 10 of the first season.

"i'm only up to the Death Cure but almost finished with it" I read them in the order of Maze Runner > Scorch Trials > Kill Order > Death Cure Oh my word that entire series was an emotional hit. I feel so emotional over it, and I haven't read them since last year. I've actually just started re-reading the Maze Runner today and it's bringing back so many sad memories. "also if you haven't watched death note omg you totally should it isn't emotional.. per se.. but it's really interesting and very clever" Alright, I'll have a go with it this weekend, see what I think.
