Some of you did not understand what I was posting on the group wall so I am going to explain it here. I did an admin reform because most of the admins and admin level staff were abusing it some way or another. Between inserting, gearing, killing, re-spawning all, and much much more. They turned a once great hospital into an admin based fix it project. I am now going to put an end to that.
There are new applications to join a department and become a doctor. To become a doctor or join a department fill out the STAFF APPLICATION listed below and send it to the head of the department that you want to join. If you want to become an ADMINISTRATOR or anesthesiologist or above then you need to fill out the admin application below and send it to me.

Now if you pass the staff application from the Department Head of the department you want to join. Then you can get any rank below anesthesiologist in that department. To become any rank anesthesiologist or higher then you will need to fill out the staff app and the admin app. You will get a say in the department you join or where you want to go but please read both applications and rules and such so that you understand how it works better.
