Hello,
I have been playing ROBLOX for many, many years. Lately I have noticed an increase in businesses taking off on ROBLOX. Kestrel, Owl, Tiger, Etc... I myself own a very small clothing and coffee company, and I am trying to grow. However that is completely irrelevant to this idea.
My idea was is that group funds could be distributed to deserving employees, by anyone who was given the permissions to do so in the group admin. I though it could be cool for BC and NBC, that way when someone makes my company a shirt, I could pay them any amount of ROBUX or TIX I choose.
I believe this new addition to the ROBLOX system could benefit the commerce system on ROBLOX. It would help businesses become more realistic and more benefiting for the hardworking ROBLOXians.

Good idea but, think about the owner will take it and give to his/her buddies instead of paying his or hers employees. |

@Majed, that would be something that would need to be dealt with, I had a few ideas to solve that such as, Limiting the amount given to a person. Having to input a reason and have it approved before payment. Also, if people were taking this and using it for corrupt reasons, I would expect the ROBLOXians to boycott that business. |

The reason idea is not very useful. Example would be like:
"I want to give BillBye1234 100 Robux because he has been giving me good ideas"
Despite BillNye1234 just being in the group, saying nothing, but is a friend of the owner.
"Damn girl, are you a fire alarm? Because you're loud and really annoying, shut the hell up." |

Support, but groups would turn into businesses instead of groups. People would join groups just for pay and there'd be no loyalty needed. More scammers will be playing a role in this category, and group members will always complain about some dumb thing like they didn't get payed "enough". |

Hmmm...
Abusable. But it would be awesome, so I think that it should be implemented anyway but capped. |

There's reasons why they wont do this. |

Support because instead of buying about 100 different T-shirts, you can give all of them 10 R$ with the click of a button. |

"Lately I have noticed an increase in businesses taking off on ROBLOX."
Really? I haven't.
"I myself own a very small clothing and coffee company"
Why would one own a "Coffee company"? What's the point in it?
"and I am trying to grow"
Unless you're really good at making clothing for your intended audience, I suggest not wasting your time.
"However that is completely irrelevant to this idea."
Really? The way you talked about your idea makes it look like it's only taking Business groups into consideration.
"My idea was is that group funds could be distributed to deserving employees"
"Deserving"
This can be used by group leaders to give tons of Robux to an alt and have said alt buy a donation shirt made by the leader.
"by anyone who was given the permissions to do so in the group admin."
Yea- no. I can't see me supporting this.
"that way when someone makes my company a shirt"
*A company
I suggest not making an idea look like it's mainly benefit yourself.
"I could pay them any amount of ROBUX or TIX I choose."
Or you could do what I said above.
"I believe this new addition to the ROBLOX system could benefit the commerce system on ROBLOX"
And possibly inflate the economy? Yeah, I don't see that as a "Benefit"
"It would help businesses become more realistic"
Who said things had to be realistic?
Ehhh, I'm having a hard time supporting. Mainly because your only focusing on the business groups. Take a look at some of the larger, non-business groups and see how much Robux/Tix they have. Imagine 90% of that going into circulation. That just screams inflation. |
