Allow players to lock their own threads

Some players have threads they don't need any more, so I think it would be a good idea to allow players to lock threads they have created. Locking a thread stops players from posting in it anymore.

No. dude, how would they know they won't need the thread in the future. In 09, someone complained about guests, and now they know that guests have to stay, but they didn't know that before they posted the thread.
