Electro Legion's Zapirian Action Points (ZAP) has been implemented twice now. Shortly after the retirement of Electrifying12 the ZAP system returned, but so did inactivity. For a long while the HRs have been trying to find ways to bring activity back, such as a Zapirian Games or more active HRs. But recently I've been thinking that it was not the change in command nor the HRs as the root of the problem, but it was the entire system we functioned on. We rose to 20k members from the traditional method of ranking up and whenever we switched we had become inactive. So basically I have spoken with xMaladen and we've decided to disband ZAP; most likely forever.

Obviously EL will need a ranking system to function. This system will be the old-fashioned system where after a training has concluded, the trainer will select a maximum of 5 [4 is recommended] trainees to promote. The trainer will then send the NAMES and RANKS of the trainee to a MARSHAL+ [Note: Pick one of the more active ones]. The trainees should be promoted in no later then 2 days from the training. It is recommended that if the promotions on time becomes an issue that LRs screenshot them receiving it at the training to use as proof if they don't receive it in the allotted time.
