To convert a .png file to a .jpg, you can open it in Microsoft Paint and click "Save As" then save it with a .jpg (JPEG) file extension. If you don't have MS paint, then use any other image editing software. -The [Guy]

Well, if you have the pdn file, you should have Paint.NET. So, just open up the picture in Paint.NET and save it back as a jpeg. Easy.
