Finish the Prison system and area it'd be a nice addition to Merrick and the role-play system instead of SRPD having to kill law breakers we can just arrest them. |

For items that you usually get when respawning you said you would add a selection to the cellphone for it, but I think for other things like some guns, there should be a phone box (and no I am not going to stop mentioning phone boxes until I get one haha) that you go to in order to get it.
Also would be really good for a group call type thing or even a secret entrance to a building for citizenship people. |

Finish jail system so police can work efficiently, add the Courthouse when finished with it, and update admin so I can do press releases and public legal updates easier. |

Add walki talkies that you can buy remove the lazer rifle from spawning everytime someone dies and add a more intelegest celphone that you can text message. |

Also I think there should be like a billboard on one of the buildings (just one) and more buildings shouldn't be fake. Also something in the park would be good (I suggest adding like a football field when school is finished).
ADD THE CITIZENSHIP CARD THINGS. Also Citizenship holders should have suitcases or something other than just a card... or the card lets them into a building where they can buy stuff like bags and other things.
Give the people that buy houses a chance to customize it themselves.

Add a TV system which either plays ads or make a news building where people can actually film an up to 5 min video in which is plays to all tvs in merrick (You may have to add a tv in the Wok place or other places so that the public will be able to see them.... most likely the library) |

Toddy, you can't say suggestions I already said were coming. The cellphone update is something I already mentioned. Instead of re pawning automatically with the DLC tools, you will have to get them from cellphone. |

Add a bank. Name it "The Liberty Bank of San Roblo". Deposit's and withdrawals can be made so that if a deposit has been made, when someone dies they still have their money. Also include a bank robbing ability. For this to happen, 10 SRPD officers will need to be in the server. The player earns around 4-10k. Though no one will be robbed. |

Have some secret places inside the town.
Like have a walkthrough wall in one of the "fake" buildings and do not tell anyone apart from certain people and then you can hold meetings. And if people tell just change the place every... well... 3 months or so... |

Halloween Update:
Haunted house outside of town.
Keep it night for longer.
Make lights flicker.
Green or orange lighting in places.
Blood spills.
Pumpkins in certain places. (If you do not please make sure very little of it as too much is over powering the effect)
Spiderwebs in some (SOME) buildings.
Buildings may be torn down a small bit to give the effect it has broken down lol.
Funeral type cars with coffins in back/boot.
When you die a tomb stone pops up then goes back down (disapears lol).
When you die ghost goes upwards (Like Deathrun 2 ghost effect).
Bat attacks in some buildings (when you walk in bats appear on your screen for a short time, I suggest 5 secs).
Spooky sounds in different parts of map.
Spooky house setups (as long as fine with the owners)
Keep this for around 2 weeks then take it down.
Repeat the same type of process with XMas, Easter, etc etc. |

Food and Drinks. Add like alcohol into Club Karma so you can buy it for 5 or ten bucks.
Also take radio system out of SRPD cars. |

I think people should have radios for teams. Also Cellphone needs a "call taxi" thing so we know who needs a taxi, where to pick up and where they wanna go. |
