Ablock is talking true or false?

When you go to youtube and go to any video, adblock will say number of ads blocked. Now,when I check proffesor layton vs phoneix wright,I got 41 blocked ads. I passed it on tab and opened new and get to same video,to see if there is same amount of ads blocken. The first tab vid has 41 blocked ads. The second tab with same vid had around 20 blocked ads. When I was watching vid with demonstrating various viruses that was uploaded 2009 and was recorded by camera (not PC itself),the page got 109 blocked ads. And this is strange,any other page than youtube has only 5 max blocked ads. It is dreaming or youtube has hiding ads?

Also,title has "ablock" instead of "adblock". Srry.

Ok,the vid I has still opened (first tab) has more ads blocked than ever,it has now 53 blcoked. I think I know where is the problem. The ads refresh and gets to another ad after a while,right? Must be then blocking another ad(s) after some time.
