English, a sprinkling of Welsh, and I have been learning Russian on and off for a couple months now. I am too busy with school to give it the time it deserves, but I love the Russian language. |

Inks, You reminded me! I also can also do American Sign Language. Not fluently, but definitely better than most. I've been taking it upon myself to learn so I can talk to my friends in class without actually talking. It works rather well, although some teachers now say "no communicating." |

"I dont scripting languages count"
Well, they certainly have their own system of linguistics. |

I learned some Japanese, and even less Latin. Can sort of communicate in Japanese still, at like a preschool level. |

Ooh, Latin. I would love to learn Latin. Not very practical as far as communication, however I see a couple upsides to the language:
-It is the root to many words in many languages. My comprehension would sky rocket.
-Speaking it would sound pretty cool. Mad props to the guy who whips out Latin in a conversation.
-I'm working my way through The Consolation of Philosophy by Boethius. I would love to be able to read it in the original Latin. Oh, and Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. |

@Prince, Teach yourself if you want to learn. A year from now you will be glad you started today. Heck, there's even a Chinese proverb that goes "The best time to plant a tree was 100 years ago. The second best time is today." Sure it would have been best if you had started when you were younger, however you are only getting older so take hold of the time and learn.

@Zipo99 True enough! Though honestly, when I was taking it, I hated it. I even bought a Latin for Dummies book because I just was so bad at it. When I hit college, I tried to test out of Latin, but failed. So I said the heck with it and switched to Japanese. And weirdly enough, I found Japanese way easier to understand. |
