Although they can do that, they cannot just rip the world apart due to that much would kill them, or they would have to have massive energy levels. The Time Race, is a race that can use time as a plaything, but same as the space race, they would need loads of energy to put it back in prehistoric time. However, there is a Energy Crystal that caused the big bang because of the war of these two races going on, this could give them that energy. They bring their war to earth and many things happen...
